Tagline / Header Issues

OK, Ive finally ran into a Wall here.

I'm trying to over ride the or more block out the "tag line text" from my header.

I've modified the tpl_header.php file ( from article 126) and with being not to good at code, I'm still at a bit of a loss and could use some help / direction.

Locate this:
includes/templates/inciter/css/stylesheet.css

Add this to the stylesheet.css
#tagline {display: none;}

Thank you, that was a very simple fix for me.

You also need to change

#logoWrapper {

background-color:#FFFFFF;
background-image:url(../images/header_bg.jpg);
background-repeat:repeat-x;
height:110px;
}

and move your header_bg image out of the override into the main images folder.
Next, make sure the image is small enough to load quickly.

Thanks also. That's my mission this weekend (or today during my lunch break) to get the colors and images straightened out.

If anyone else would like to give me some you should-do's feel free. I can use the guidance + where to looks.
