Shipping error - (help!)

A common mistake is to not read the shipping set up for zones in the admin menu Modules >> Shipping.

If you enter a zone, it will only allow shipping to that zone and nowhere else. Make the zone blank and that shipping method will work for everyone.

I'm in the Modules > Shipping section, and I don't see a section for "zones"

I see "zone rates" though

You would need to edit the particular shipping method that is not working. You'll find the zone is one of the options under the shipping method.
