Major Issues with template

the first issue i see here , is that your css not loading , and that is either missing or your configure.php files are miss configured. start by fixing load issue of your css.

The css may not be loading because it looks like you used an editor to change the index file to add (" />) to some calls that won't work with that. Change all your meta and link calls back to ending in (">).

Also, make sure you haven't done away with any of the classic folders.

See if that doesn't help.

the stylesheet.css is a copy of your html.... not css
