Since the day before yesterday, my 2 sites kept getting same error.
Like every 10 orders there would be 1-2 orders missing customer billing information.
I mean in admin-> orders go to order details page, there are customer register information, but missing all billing information (the part with gray color background).

And I can't either recieve email notification of these problem orders.
Is it paypal's problem?
