Hi,
I'm working with a company that has ZenCart 1.3.8a installed on a Linux server. Recently they requested a few add ons to be added to the site, Simple SEO URL and Recover Cart. I installed both add ons per the instructions and they both worked (well SEO had issues with adding items to the cart with sizes so we disabled it)
Since then ZenCart has been missing orders, not all of them just a few and I don't see a pattern to the ones missed. In trying to fix the problem I have removed the Recover Cart add on and turned on the PayPal IPN logging, this was about 1 week ago. Since then there have been 2 more missed orders. I can see in the PayPal log that it was sent we also got the notification of payment from PayPal. What I don't see is the response log from PayPal saying it was a success, the ones that did process do work. There isn't a record of the order in the Orders list either. Any guidance in what we should be looking at next?
As a side note, if the user is a new user to the site it is saving that information...
