Default MYSQL Upgrade, now getting errors on mods

    Hi,
My client's Zen Cart installation is 1.3.7 version, PHP Version: 5.2.6 and MYSQL Version 4.1.21. To use a new mod he asked his hosting company to upgrade MYSQL to a newer version.
After upgrade when I checked Server Info (Tools->Server/Version Info) it is showing like this: Database: MySQL 4.1.21-log . But below that in the phpinfo() section it is showing correctly as 5.0.45.
And while using the new Mod we are getting "1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax;" error so it looks like the database upgrade is not reflected on the zencart installation ??
Could somebody please give me some insight about this behaviour.

    Thank You

First of all, you really shouldn't still be on 1.3.7 and should upgrade to 1.3.8a which has no problems with php5/mysql5 (ok, I know you're hanging on for 2, but that hasn't been released yet even for testing! )

Even so, not all mods will work with MySql5...depends how old they are

I am ok to go for an upgrade and even I have adviced my client for the same, but right now he dont want to take any risk of downtime
