Override template after checkout success

Hi, what file should i modify if i want to add something to the template after a customer successfully checks out?

Access via admin/tools/define pages

Thanks! One last thing, once I get to modify it, is it able for me to check that page even if I haven't set up the payment module yet?

No idea..I always setup and test payment modules
first..then add refines after.
