Change "Add" text on category page

In Zen 1.3.8a, under each category page where the products are listed out, there is an "Add to Cart" box, but it just has the work "Add". I would like to change that text, font and color. How can this be done and where?

As an example, here is one of my category pages:

You'll notice that in each product box there is an "Add" box. I'd like that to be more prevalent, bigger, brighter.

The code to the wording is in the english.php file
includes/ languages/ your_template/ english.php

1. you will need a little custom coding to change the code to a picture background or create a custom button or give this a new class so you can control the font-size & background color
