    Is this a recent install?

I ask as you have not said anything for years about this ... as this version is many years old and very very buggy ...

If it is a recent install I would strongly recommend using the current v1.3.8 and applying the Known Bug Fixes at:

    The USPS Current release at:

And the Security Release for v1.3.x at:

    Hello Ajeh,

Thanks for your help. i have had zen cart for about 2 years now and i am noticing this issue now with the email. unfortunately i cannot upgrade to the newest version of zen cart due to my hosting plan and it an even more of a headache if i change it. If tried it before and there was to many fixes that need to be done and the company cannot afford the down time to do the fixes. So i am stuck trying to figure out the bugs with this version.

    I don't have an old v1.3.5 installed ...

You might download the v1.3.8 and compare some of the files and see if you can find where the difference is ...

Or, perhaps someone recalls an issue like this with that old version ...

I'm not sure I understand that statement.
You're using v1.3.5, and as of today the most current release is v1.3.8a ... which has no change in hosting requirements since v1.3.5.

As to attribute formatting in HTML emails, you could start by comparing the /includes/classes/order.php file between the current version and your old version and note the differences. There's a section in the newer version that lays out the attributes in table tr/td tags for use in the HTML emails. I don't recall whether there are any other significant dependencies in using that part of the code. Perhaps you can use it as inspiration.

You should advise your client that they're going to continue to have problems like this (and the others you've been reporting recently) until they do an upgrade.

Did you ever resolve this? I'm using v 1.3.7 and I have the same problem. In text emails it all lays out in rows beautifully, but in the HTML emails, there are no line breaks between the attributes, so it's like one big run on sentence.
    Thanks, Colleen
