Where is the code that controls the product listing display where I can change it from showing the product details across to up and down?

You just need to pay some attention to what I say in RED, below!

OK... I see what you are after...

You need to install and invoke COLUMNAR display (see Free Add-Ons section for columnar display).

Then, set your product listing to display one column only.

You may be able to position the elements using modified declarations in your stylesheets.
