Default Re: problem with store on IP change

It is zencart vr 1.3.8 i have tried accessing it directly by entering torapp.com/torappinternational/ and still comes up with the same message. Is the configure.php file ok (the one i posted above)?

my host is saying to change the "script" to the proper IP???? what does he mean????

Well ... Zen Cart is driven solely on the /includes/configure.php settings.

If you have a redirect set up to force everything into the torappinternational folder, like I said before, remove it and see what happens.

As to your host, it sounds like he doesn't know what he's talking about. Zen Cart doesn't use an IP.
Sounds like he messed something up when he changed your domain's IP or something, or doesn't want to spend time supporting you, his customer, to find out what exactly is wrong.
Perhaps you can convince him to tell you exactly what he means and provide evidence of there being something wrong on the software end and proof that it's not something wrong on his end.

Do as Dr Byte says and remove the redirect.

But why is there a double forward slashing beginning this file pathway?

re., what Dr Byte said about your host not knowing what they are doing - this is a dns report of your domain and the server it's on:

ERROR: One or more of your nameservers reports that it is an open DNS server. This usually means that anyone in the world can query it for domains it is not authoritative for (it is possible that the DNS server advertises that it does recursive lookups when it does not, but that shouldn't happen). This can cause an excessive load on your DNS server. Also, it is strongly discouraged to have a DNS server be both authoritative for your domain and be recursive (even if it is not open), due to the potential for cache poisoning (with no recursion, there is no cache, and it is impossible to poison it). Also, the bad guys could use your DNS server as part of an attack, by forging their IP address. Problem record(s) are:

Server 64.15.138.11 reports that it will do recursive lookups.
Server 174.142.7.206 reports that it will do recursive lookups.
