I am trying to get just the catalog set up going right now. I would like the user to add to a form that they have to email to me.
Reason being I do not have my accounts set up yet but would like to have the catalog up ASAP.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

admin > config > my store > Store Status > set to "1" or "2"
