admin when i log in name and password is corect, deosn't tell me that is wrong it just do like a refresh, what do it be?, how do i fix it?

cant log in
i put the corect loggin info and it refresh the loggin page, does not tell me nothing no wird caraters on the page or nothing it just refresh, what has happend or what can i do to fix it?

OP ran debug tool ~ no error returned.
Suggested that the admin/login.php be checked for errors.
Also questioned if this error occurred after SSL installation.
Waiting for response.

Resolved - was a global change made at hosting level (?) - all fixed.
