I am trying to make a full refund from admin. I complete the prompts (amount of refund, last digits of customer's cc, and the original transaction id). I check the "Confirm your intent" box and click "Do Refund" button. The screen appears to refresh. Otherwise, nothing changes.

I gave the system several minutes and refreshed the screen and still no update information posted in comments or elsewhere. I check the linkpoint central reports area for a refund transaction and none was listed. I checked again 24 hours later, still no refund transaction.

After 36 hours I initiated another refund..... still no transaction recorded.

Anybody run into this and have a solution?
