Hi, I'm using 1.3.8a, for an English store and have just learned of a problem. I am using PayPal as a gateway. I was told this morning, by the lady that handles orders, that she has had several orders that were processed and marked as paid in PayPal, but the orders were not in our store system.
I'll check the module, but not too sure what I'm looking for.

Just for those who might find this thread. The addon "Recover Cart Sales" works fine to find out what your customers purchased. Also, it works fine on 1.3.8a, even though it says for 1.3.7
