There are various cross sell modules in the Free Addons area, and support threads for them in the Other Contributions section of the forum, where you can read up on experiences others have had with using them and ask questions about them if you need to.

Yes, there are many free add on modules that assist you to sell and incentivise customers to buy more. That is the great thing about the ZC community - lots of people willing to contribute to its success.
