Can Zen Cart Handle This??

Hi,
I wish to use Zen Cart but wonder if it can handle:

1) Different shipping methods available for different products. Small products can can ship UPS, heavy products must ship freight.

2) Minimum quantities on a product. Must order in multiples of 4, for instance, but we want to show the selling price of 1 as the price so we look competitive.
