I have just about got my store ready to open. I just started user testing. Everything looks good, prices include VAT when you view the site. As soon as i sign up to the site all the product prices show without VAT and this continues through to checkout.

My store is in the UK and only sells to EU countries so i have setup a tax rate that contains the EU nations and set basis of shipping an dproduct tax both to store. When i signup for an account i specified a UK zone. I am at a lose to understand why the VAT is missing when logged in, could anyone please provide any insight.
