Hello,

I am trying for some hours to get something done ... and obvious I cannot do it.

What I am trying to do:
I want to add an drop-down menu on every product page from an specific category.
The option that is selected needs to be parsed and sent with the order.

I think this is possible in zencart because I've seen it elsewhere too. Please send me in the right direction.

Ok, I've read that but those are things that I already know.

But i've tons of values and adding them one by one to each product (from a specific category) is just lose of time.

So, how is the easiest way to append my Option Name + the specific values to an entire category (all products inside it) or at least just to add the Option Name to each product but without adding all the values by hand.

Make one typical product that has all the attributes you want, then in Attributes Controller go to that product and click the "copy to category" button at the top.
It may be necessary to put one attribute in each product by hand before this will work fully - the copy may only go to products that already have at least one attribute.
