my video sitemap does not work-url error

hi,

i created an xml video sitemap as instructed in google and threads in this forums. although the url landing page is not well formed.

i followed all the examples given and i dont think there is a mistake from my end in writing the actual video tags.

google declined my video site map again and again.

recently i added video from youtube and i want to try to create a new video sitemap.

can someone advise how to do so?
or tell me if my tags are written wrongly?
is it possible google doesnt accept .php tags?

That image URL doesn't appear to be correct. Maybe they're rejecting it because they can't validate all the components you submitted?

Note the space in the URL.
