HI
Just double checked and it looks like i have got the right file just aint making any changes. i have 3 templates, 1 is the classic-2 is another one which i dont like and the 3rd one is the custom one which i work off- Ive changed them all just to make sure and it hasnt made a difference
Anyone please
You have to know which <br class="clearBoth" /> to remove. It's the SECOND occurrence, I think.
And don't remove it - just COMMENT it out so that it's rendered inoperative, but stays in the code. Later, if you invoke banners, you may need to re-invoke it - then you just look for the COMMENT, eg:
<!-- DISABLED BY (your name, or some form of id method here) <br class="clearBoth" /> -->

HI
Thanks for the reply. I deleted the tag prior to knowing its better to do it by cancelling it out. so i have uploaded a new tpl_heade.php and cancelled out the 2nd tag.
it worked but only removed abou 2 px worth of the white gap area. i would like to remove the whole white gap if possible.
Do you mind having a look at ravsappliances.com/shop and have a look to to see if there is a solution
cheers

Hi
i have cleared the cache and all is the same. Does it show up different on your browser. I still have about a 2cm gap under the logo and above the body which i would love to get rid of. I dont mind making the logo height larger if that would resolve it.
When I load your page, I see the Category Tabs menu under the main logo...
Is this what you are referring to?
You can switch this off, you know...

Yeh thats the area i want to get rid off. I dont want them links there and would be better to just keep the links on the sidebar or on the green border. Also the links under the category tabs which are placed in the green bar running horizontally-they are blue. If you have a look at the links towards the footer they are white. Is there any way i can change the links at the top to white
