Inserting Live Chat Button

Hey everyone,

So I'm adding a live chat support button to my site that I've used on other carts.

When I put it in, it ends up making entire page messy and text huge (I'm putting it in header.php where logo and sales message are determined).

Here's the code:

Am I putting it in the wrong file?

Also is it possible to put the live chat button below one of my boxes like the who's online box (www.d2stash.org)? If so how would I do this? If not how can I properly insert this code without screwing up my site, which file would be correct one to place code in.

Also a very basic question, what file can I find code for the pages title? When I go to my homepage "www.d2stash.org" the title at the top of the browser is still "Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce".

I know that's very basic but still somewhat new to Zen Cart so not sure where this is found.
