Hello, where can I costumize the text and forms of the new customer page?

I want to move the State form down under the country input.

You need to edit tpl_login_default.php.

You can find this in templates > template_default > templates.

Make you sure create a copy of this in your own template over-ride folder before editing it - e.g. templates > your_custom_template > templates

Sorry, the page should be tpl_modules_create_account.php found in the same directory.
