Displaying "hidden" information on confirmation...

We drop ship so I'm trying to make the process as easy/quick as possible.


Looking to see if there is a way when:

Person adds items to cart
Checks out Via Paypal
The customer get a confirmation email
I get a confirmation email BUT, my email has predetermined information.

What I'm looking to do is be able to check this (confirmation) email account via my cell phone. Upon getting this email, I want it to show me where (company.name/email.address/phone.number) I need to order said product from for the customer. Apparently this information would be added to the actual product level...but I dont want the customer to see this information.

Any means to do this or another way I might be over looking?
