Linkpoint processing hangs and returns error

Hi,
I have installed Linkpoint on v1.3.7 but it returns an error like 'Unable to process... etc.'
Is there any user data that has to be entered besides the Pay ID#?

Thanks! My first search at the forum was for "linkpoint setup" and it yielded rather odd results, but a search for "linkpoint" did find threads with my issues covered.
