I am using ZenCart 1.3.0.2

I found several posts about the issue that I am having, but none of the suggestions there seem to be working for me.

Here is the latest chat session that I had with iPower about it:

ME: I'm having problems with setting up a ZenCart. My Download product will not ever finish. It doesn't matter if I use Redirect for the download or not. The error received is: /Users/happyhacker/Downloads/601-Washington_Gray_PDF.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

iPower: Could you please provide me the exact URL where you are receiving the error?

iPower: Can you please provide me the exact steps to duplicate your issue?

ME: If you log into the account and go to the orders history and try to download the purchased file, it will start downloading and get to 99% and then give the error.

ME: well, I check the forums on zencart and found a post where someone was having the same issues and the hosting company had to make a change to their account. I will try to find the forum topic again.

iPower: Okay.

ME: I have found the Forum topic, but they are not specfic as to what had to be fixed.

iPower: Dwayne, I was able to download the 601-Washington_Gray_PDF file without any issue.

iPower: I was unable to find any error message.

ME: What Browser?

iPower: Internet Explorer.

ME: This is in Firefox.... Let me try Safari

iPower: Okay.

ME: Safari was able to download it, but it says that decompression failed.

ME: Were you able to view the PDF?

iPower: I was able to download the file using Firefox as well.

iPower: No, PDF is not opening. In order to further investigate on your issue, you need to contact application provider.
