Website gone, error message in its place...what does it mean??

Hi,

I just put my website address in and instead of my site I recieved the following error message in its place:

1016 Can't open file: 'zen_whos_online.MYI' (errno: 145)
in:
[delete from zen_whos_online where time_last_click < '1236112312']

Anyone know what that means? I've done nothing to my site between it being fine and that error message appearing.

I'm using version 1.3.7 (I've not updated it because I have a newborn baby and haven't got time!!!)

Thanks Kobra.You beat me to it. I just discovered another thread with advice about backing up SQl database and then repairing which has worked.
