This is a practice site so my masthead is not on it.

I would like to add a jpeg or gif under the txt "Welcome Guest"

Could someone direct me to the correct file and how to add the image under that text? And if any code is needed.

As I said this is a practice site, but you will see my big white empty space where I would like to add a design.
But only on the home page.
