Happy Wednesday all!

I am using Version 1.38A

At one point last year, I changed the text to allow a special shipping rate from which users could choose from. For the life of me all morning, I cannot figure out how I did that in order to change it.

Here is a receipt I rec's from an order. Where it says "valid through Dec 31 etc" that is what I want to edit.

Any help would be greatly appreciative.

PS, I did also check the developer page, which came up empty.
