HI ALL
CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH A PROJECT I AM TRING TO DO. AT THE MOMENT WHEN YOU HOVER OVER A PICTURE ON MY WEBSITE THE TITLE OF THE PICTURE POPS UP I HAVE SEEN ON SOME SITES WHERE WHEN YOU OVER OVER THE PICTURE THE PICTURE POPS UP INSTEAD.
ANY IDEA GUYS
