Customers say pages 2,3,4 ar jibberish

I have a sidebox with more information. Pages 2,3,4 are in there. When I look at them they are fine. But I have had 3 different customers in the last 10 hours tell the that the are blurred or jibberish. Since they look fine to me. How do I fix this? I use Firefox and one person said she used IE.

I am still having trouble getting my header up. I have got a cute black bow now. Didn't want that I wanted a dark purple one that had the name of the store in it.

I have some free designs on mt site, I went in yesterday and tried to purchase them. I signed up and went thru the checkout steps and got to confirm order and that is as far as I could go. It just kept confirming the order. It wouldn't let me finish the order. How do I fix this?

Also how do I get Free to show up as the price on the free itenms. It just shows up as a blank.
