let customer know progress of order?

Hi,


i have a question and wonder if zencart can do it,

when user make a order,

he may want to know how the order process,

waiting check? we have accept the order? we have ship to him? ...etc,

it may make them feel more relieved about how the order is processed,

is it possible use any method to do this feature ?

When you manage the order in admin, you can change the STATUS, and choose to alert (or not to alert) the customer to that change, simply by clicking the relevant radio button - so yes... the feature is standard in ZC.
