UPgrade?

I have worked on zencart shop for my family for a month last year till I learned that there would be upgraded zencart version 2.0. I am wondering if I should go ahead with making zencart shop live and then upgrade it to 2.0 when it comes out?

The only worry I have is that the add-ons and templates wouldn't function right after upgrading it later.

If you are ready, then go live.
If you have read the announcements about 2.0, it will be a BETA release initially and not for a live shop. I suspect that once the BETA is released that about 6 additional months will pass before some to all current add-on modules are converted and tested for reliability.
