how to eliminate automate added word to sub-categories?

This is not how a normal set of default files behaves....

I would now check on your server any "core" files that might have been replaced/edited by you or by the template

That "True" looks like the subcategory marker. Go to admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories

What separator do you want between the Category name and Sub Category Name?
Default = |_

Since you are using Categories Dressing, I checked the files for it, and there is nothing that could be affecting the subcat name output, even if a minor error was added to the code.

Are there any other mods you have installed, especially ones that affect the admin?
