cannot get proper sidebox heading

Despite installing the "comodo ssl " seal mod correctly, I get no image and the heading looks at follows:

SSL
SSL


What am I am doing wrong?

Hi Tony...

If it's not working, then it's more likely it's not installed correctly.

If you are getting UPPER_CASE_CONSTANTS, then there's a possibility that the language file is missing or corrupted.

Go carefully through what you did, and try re-installing the mod again. (It will mean you must re-insert the code that identifies your SSL cert, of course).

thank you for the quick reply. Since I created a custom template, I suspect that there's a conflict somewhere. Other than the standard sidebox headings that are found in the sidebox layout controller, the add on ones, such as instant SSL, appear to exhibit the same problem-- once I place them in my custom template. I don't remember how I got the Paypal to show up correctly. But that is the only one that appear to work well. I may have to do a folder comparison check... To see what I am talking about, I give you the link to my site...

Upon further inquiry, I noticed that the reason why the "paypal verified" logo shows up in my sidebox is due to the fact that the mod was not placed in the "Custom" template. I rechecked the directory tree of my custom template, and it appears normal. Is there a way to add the mod without using the custom template. I know that I am making a mess, but when zencart 2 arrives I will need to redo the whole site again.....
