The tare settings are under Admin > Configuration > Shipping/Packaging - 4th/5th entries on that page

I'm still having trouble with this. Those settings did not work for me. It was working fine until the upgrade.

What have you entered for the Product Weight ...

When you get to the checkout, what does it say the Shipping Charge is?

What do you have set in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
This should be set to: 5000

Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship
Carriers have a max weight limit for a single package. This is a common one for all.

What do you have set for the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...
This should be set to: 0:0

Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight
What is the weight of typical packaging of small to medium packages?
Example: 10% + 1lb 10:1
10% + 0lbs 10:0
0% + 5lbs 0:5
0% + 0lbs 0:0

Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight
What is the weight of typical packaging for Large packages?

In the Modules ... Shipping ... if you edit the Per Unit perweightunit shipping module, what settings do you have in there?

YES! That worked. Thank you so much. Just one thing. How do I remove Per Unit and Best Way from the Delivery Information and Payment page.

Never mind. I was able to remove it but it left ( ): on the Payment Information page and I would like to put Shipping there instead.
