Is there a way to import customer information?

I am using Zencart 1.3.8a. I am in the process of moving my site to the Zencart system from another shopping cart. I have 97 registered customers, some of whom order on a regular basis.

Is there a way to import their data from my other shopping cart into Zencart? I can export to a comma or tab delim file or an html file. I just can't find a way to import this file in to Zencart.

You will not be able to import that file directly as the table structures & records most definately will differ. Also ZenCart stores info in more than one table: addresses in the address table indexed to customer table etc
Even if you get this info in the proper structure, each customer will have to use the "forgotten password" function the first time they open their account in your Zen shop. This is due to the security hash used for the password which you cannot manually create easily or at all.
I would start with a fresh install and take a db backup. create one customer and take another backup and use some dif tool to locate where the differences are and this will be the tables that creating a customer writes to. Now armed with this you can assemble your data into the Zencart schema and insert it into the proper tables

If the shopping cart you want to transfer from is osCommerce, there's a mod available in the Free Software Add Ons section which could do this, otherwise what Kobra suggested is probably best.
