I need to have PDF manuals to be downloaded for free and i did one downloadable product but there is no link to download, i played with and without the redirect feature. NEED HELP

here is how it shows you can go to the product and it wont show me a download link:

I see it in FireFox 3.x ... and I see it in IE 6.x ...

Both gave me a download ...

Both could be unzipped ...

Were you able to fix your issues? If so, what was the secret?
