I'd like to know how to translate from English to a new language?
First I need to translate the front office (for user interface), no need for the admin CP.
What files to edit and how to make a new language package?

take your time to take a tour in here. just spend your time and do not be lazy to ask such a question :), by the way, you do not have to translate anything, any language, almost everything is done for you already. Just learn how to use it.

Do you know how many languages does Zen-cart support? And how many languages are there in the world?
My question is for new language, not in the list of Zen-Cart.

Not sure, but from the language pack section:

I see there are only 41 items, and not all of them compatible with latest version of Zen-cart.

And there are thousands of different languages in the world:
http://www.lsadc.org/info/pdf_files/howmany.pdf

So, if you don't know how to make a translation for Zen-cart or you don't want tell about that, just don't post to this topic.

Those links are what I'm looking for. I just did not find them until you posted the links.
