Two price structure and two different order confirmations

Hello, I have a mission to accomplish 2 things with zen cart.

1. Two price structure-wholesale and retail. A factory personnel logs in with his credentials to see only the wholesale prices. Customer sees only the retail prices.
< I think I can accomplish this with Group Pricing(Per item) addon.>

2. When customer places an order, a purchase order is sent to the factory personnel WITH WHOLESALE PRICES, and a sales order is sent to the customer WITH RETAIL PRICES.

So, each group can't see another's prices. Especially for #2, would there be a way? Thank you very much for your help.
