Errors in Basic Installation

ZenCart 1.3.8

I'm getting some errors on a basic installation + BluePay payment module.

We have entered some categories & products, some with attributes.
I need to add that we can purchase items but apparantly only one at a time.

These errors look like they may show up frequently.
4 Notices & 1 Warning.
Do I need to be concerned with them?
How can I get rid of them?
I manually inserted [root] for this post (it's not in the code)

Those NOTICE and WARNING messages are a result of you turning on PHP Error Reporting. The last 4 are a result of the first one, and the first one is safe to ignore.

They'll all go away when you turn off the display of error-reporting information.

We knew errors were on.
I've got it set in an includes/local/configure.php file.
I just found it odd that a stock install would throw notices & warnings like that.
