quick question, how do I arrange the categories in the way I want? Currently, it appears they are arranged by alphabetical order..how do I change them to the custom order I want?

Re: How do you organize Categories?
In admin > Catalog > Categories/Products, you can set the sort order of each category.
Edit the category; at the bottom left is a box labeled Sort Order.
