I am running the Zen Cart Setup v1.3.8a and it hangs after accepting the license agreement. I don't get any error messages, I just get a blank page on the browser after it times out.

I have:
  • checked permissions on all my files and directories
  • check that my configure.php files are present in admin and include directories
  • tried IE8 and Chrome browsers
  • check every FAQ and formum I could find for resolution information

I am still stuck. My stack is:

Windows 7
Apache 2.2
PHP 5.3.2
mySQL 5.1 (although I don't think that matters because I have not gotten that far)
