Back to Shopping Problem

I have yet to figure this one out, everything is working fine and have found all the answers so far, But have one little annoying problem that I need to resolve before going live.

Because of the business all the categories and accessed only by a link after a form is completed. Here is a sample in case that is the problem ourshop .com/ zencart /index.php?main_page=index&cPath=4.

What the problem is that when an item is added to the cart it will not allow the customer to go back to shopping, I commands that they login. Well this will drive a prospect off the flash of the mouse button. There a 5 products in the category and two with attributes. Is there a way to force the back to shopping to allow the customer to select everything and then log in at the cart?

Well I found a work around by pointing the main page to the category page on login. But that will resolve only one category is there any way to get a login greeting on the category pages. Maybe even clone the welcome guest line to each category page. If I can do that then it is time to open the store.
