Default Authorize SIM - (97) This transaction cannot be accepted.

I only have the SIM Authorizeit modules on, check/money order, and paypal ipn on in my payment.

Ive checked to make srue the MD5 has is correct on bth authorize site and in config, ive removed config, and started again, and now i can click "credit card" in my check out, but there is no credit card number field when i go to the final step.

The Authorize.net documentation says this about error 97:
97 - This transaction cannot be accepted.

    Applicable only to SIM API.
Fingerprints are only valid for a short period of time. This code indicates that the transaction fingerprint has expired.
On first glance, this looks like a timeout to me.

Probably best to contact Authorize.net support and ask them what's wrong with the transaction data.

If you go to the site lincoln-paintball.com you will walk through the order process, after i hit "credit card" as type of payment, it goes to the next screen but there is no play to put a credit card.

I've never seen that kind of problem specifically. Maybe your server can't calculate the fingerprint required for the SIM module to work.
    Who are you hosted with?
Have you at least tried the AIM module?

What timezone is your server located in?
    What timezone are YOU in?
Perhaps the "expiry" is a result of your server being too many timezones away, such that when it calculates the fingerprint to send with the SIM transaction, it's already expired?

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
    What addons have you installed?
