I am having alotoffun setting up ZenCart... But have an issue which has stumped me for the past week... CAN ANYONE HELP???

I have a product (a soft toy). I want Zen cart to charge £2.95 to dispatch that anywhere in the UK. and to charge £6.95 to dispatch it anywhere else in the world.

I have another product (a book) I want Zen cart to charge £3.95 to dispatch that anywhere in the UK. and to charge £7.95 to dispatch it anywhere else in the world.

Now if someone wants to buy 2 soft toys, I would like to charge £2.95 plus 50% (£2.95 plus £1.48) for the UK and £7.95 plus 50% for the rest of the world

Now if someone wanted to buy the soft toy and the book. I would like to charge 100% of the dearest shipping rate and 50% of the smallest (£3.95 plus £1.48)

I have looked at various options and cannot find a formula that will fit!!! PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN...
