First... see if your EP install is working...
1. ADD a product to a category, using the conventional Zencart "Add Product" input screen: (admin>>>catalogue>>>categories/products - select a category, add a new product).
2. Then use EP to EXPORT your full product data. (If it has errors now, then the EP install was faulty)
(If no errors, and you get an exported file)...
3. Look at the EP exported file in a spreadsheet. See the headers and how the data is arranged. Mimic that format for all your products and try a csv upload again.
