I was just about to post a similar question! Google Analytics works fine at the top level of site www.domainname.com and also reports on other sub levels e.g. domainname.com/about but does not return any results for www.domainname.com/shop which is where zen cart is installed.

The Analytics tracker code is installed at the top level (index.html). I have also installed the Google Analytics module linked to from this forum, but this doesn't seem to have made any difference. I really want to get the e-commerce tracking working...

Can anyone help?
