easy populate - column headers

Does anyone have a cheat sheet for the column headers and what they refer to in Easy Populate?
I know 'G' turns products on and off and 'Y' is the amount in stock but I am looking specifically for if there is a way to link the products easily by adding the info inot another column.

Yes I have tried that but can't seem to work out how to!

For example:

I have a Cat. called Clothes and in that Cat. I have T shirts, pants and socks.

I want to move only the socks to a linked Cat. of Footwear.

How can you link only certain items easily and in 'one move' I have about 30 items I need to link in about 10 seperate Cats.

Perhaps this is easier than I think but I thought doing it in EP would be easier...............

Planning, planning, planning....

You should most likely have a master category for socks and link the category to Clothes versus trying to selectively pick out socks from clothes

Yes I know, hindsight huh?

I never dreamt my store would get this big so quickly - to be honest I could probably do with a complete overhaul of all the Cats. as I have been adding them on in no particular order and it's all a bit messy.

I was hoping EP would be an easy fix - guess I thought wrong!
