How to add border around images

I think this is the last item I need ...

As you roam around ... the sub-category images especially (but also wouldn't mind the product thumbnails) need a border around them.

The FireFox plugin isn't giving me clues as to what possible CSS element controls images in the cart ... or what file I can edit.

The images just don't look "finished" without a border, if you know what I mean.

You currently have this in your stylesheet...

a img { border: medium none; }

You could replace that none with a color code and see how you like it. However, without more specificity, that would affect all images on the site that happen to be links -- probably not what you want.

But if I were me I'd put a border on images in my image editing program. I'd prefer the control I have there over shades and colors. I used to have a faint shadow on the right and bottom of my images for the same reason you want a border, but that wouldn't work on a black site.

*chuckles* I've been wondering that myself all day while I kept mis-typing the domain name.


Well, would rather just doing a simple 1px solid #000000 border ... as the images are on a #666666 background. There's nearly 4000 products !
